At the symposium held in Split, Croatia, on May 27th and 28th, 2024, organized in collaboration with CROMed-USA and the School of Medicine Split, participants took a broader view of the current context of medical education at the School of Medicine in Split and across Croatia. Together, we identified several challenges and made plans to address them, which could significantly benefit medical education. Specifically, we recognized change management and medical knowledge assessment as two areas needing immediate attention.
