Do you ever find axe heads metal detecting?? Also do you see any deer sign up top those mountains? I’ve been meaning to scout those

I haven't found any axe heads head yet , as far as deer they tend to not be on top or on the side of mountain as its not fun to navigate although plenty are near the base of the mountains here.

I grew up next to st. A's an Clark's farm were my neighbors. an Mt. unk.was my old stomping grou ds... I nevr new there was a hotel up there... used to blueberry pick evry summer up there

Yes I amazed as to how many people are unaware of the Uncanoonuc Hotel , but then again it was over a lifetime ago when it burned down .

Also I remember Clark's Farm , was a fun place to visit and they had excellent corn . It's a shame that Clark's is not around anymore but $$$ talks .
