This is supposed to be an overview, but after watching a 13-minute video, I have no idea what this is or how it works. Just open it and choose presets and hit the random button?
Well, it's a showcase, a demonstration. It's really not rocket engineering: "Schema: Light revolves around a unique 16-step sequencer. Begin with four tempo-synced loops, each spanning two bars, then toggle up to 16 steps for each layer to create distinctive melodic patterns. Add expression using the mod wheel and explore advanced scaling possibilities with the enhanced engine." That's what is being shown.

It sounds completely generic. No soul or human variation (musicianship), but in place is a constant (overly compressed) nonsensical/random note(?) pounding. It would take more time to make it sound good, as opposed to creating melodic/harmony structures. I'd turn a song off, if it had anything remotely similar to these vst sounds. Eeek! You guys dropped the ball with these NI.
Super cool story, bro A real pro horn/string player would play groups of consecutive short, fast notes in the same mechanical fashion. If you want be a virtuoso, you play those keys on your S61 or S88 and do a killer performance. Schema:Light is unrelated.

Sorry but this video does not make me want to buy this...thing...is this all that this plugin do? Press a key and it play for you the entire thing? What if I want to use it to actually compose the music myself? For what is shown here this is not made for people that want to make real compositions.
Not having the scroll wheel function in the selector list or a dedicated up down button is so dumb. Flies through the preset names and you can't get it slow enough to accurately select. NI design is pathetic.
Native Instruments please introduce a new and improved Leslie rotary speaker for Kontakt 7 and upgrade Vintage Organs from 2010. maybe new Leslie would also allow other high quality developers like Soniccouture present their versions of Hammond. We need to finally move forward with this.

Linear automation/automation clips : ability co copy clip to any track? ability to slice clips and merging clips (in the song mode) rendering button in the song mode .... I like that keyboard it’s a pitty I play guitar. Now…..if native instruments made guitars (like a good quality rock band 3 pro guitar with buttons) id buy one. Actually it can just be a stick with button frets that I hold like a guitar….cheers
You can play a keyboard and guitar. If You already playing guitar good then you know key, and chords and could probably pick up playing pretty fast. Do it.
May be just my bad luck, but when I started skipping through to hear more of the instruments and less of his voice, it didn't work :-( All I got was more voice... so no interest in adding it to my setup.
