Hi everyone I'm excited to show you the pines mall which I've wanted to do for so long. This mall closed in 2020 and has been abandoned for four years.This mall looked amazing. A thunderstorm happened before we explored the mall leaving it to be flooded. Join us as we see what the pines mall looks like today. I hope you guys like the video and enjoy.

It’s really ridiculous and angering that the town and the residents are left to deal with this absolute nightmare of a property. No developer is going to want to purchase this place and invest the funds for demolition. The town and the state will probably have to offer major incentives to get anyone to tackle this type of project. Very sad. 😢

Shout out to the Godfather of Dead Malls, Dan Bell, for capturing this mall on video back when it was still open. He also filmed some other really sketchy places in Pine Bluff years ago.

Awesome video as usual. This mall is pretty cool. Very sad to see it like this. If you dont mind me asking, what job do you do that allows you to travel so much to do these explores. I would love to do more urbex myself but my career does not really allow for me to travel.

Does anyone have an update from when that guy (not going to type his name) was supposed to buy the mall about a year ago? He had a lot of online and tv news attention about him purchasing the mall. There was also a video of him walking through talking about all the renovations he was going to do with the mall. He had a community day type event in the parking lot at the mall and then I never saw anything else… 🤔🤔🤔

Just wow, the pines mall in pines bluff Arkansas.. I just saw the intro and damn, I agree with slacking , this mall is reaching the level of Jamestown mall. And honestly, it's sad to see. So many things left behind, the last video I saw about this place is now already 11 months old, in that space of time to the time of your recording bro, the mall has fallen so much more. Sad was seeing that food court flooded. 😢

The reason why this place is going downhill quickly is because of the fire caused a huge hole on a roof, allowing it to flood and rain, after that mold will takeover. It's only going to get worse, unless they fix the roof,
