where you own the land is good. make sure its far inland due to hurricanes, remember with IAN the storm surge made it all the way to US41 in Fort Myers several miles inland. Also, dont buy OLDER mobile homes you CANT insure them.

You forgot about the Culver’s on University by the airport 🍔❤ Although it seems like the locations in Florida, don’t have the same happy vibe the ones in Minnesota and Wisconsin have. That is very strange.
Western Florida is beautiful, but that red tide business is the only reason I don't want to move there. I need to enjoy the beach and water, and go fishing without problems.
