Something a bit different on the channel. I was heading home from filming at another location and this abandoned building in the Sunderland area wasn't far away so I made a detour to bring you 'The Graffiti Factory'.

You are right when you say one gets inspired by other video makers. I too love the graffiti art around town and look at it with different eyes now. There is some amazing talent out there. Enjoyed the look around this area Andy. Sorry you got wet in the process. 👌🇳🇱🙋‍♀🥝

Well worth the walk. There was something similar in some old coal mine buildings in Earsdon near Whitley Bay, but they were demolished a few years ago. I like it on old derelict buildings, but not on the side of trains and in town. Good'n, Keith

Good stuff Andrew. There was a place in Sheff similar to this, but they've knocked it down now. That car suddenly appearing in shot was a bit spooky!

Wow! Some amazing art there! These people are so talented. The way they make it pop out from the walls 👌 My favourites were the bear, of course! and strangely enough the two yellow guitar type instruments, I thought they were cool 😎 Nice video Andy 👍 and I thought the music matched well with the photos 🎶📸 Ellie 🧸🐻

Thanks Ellie, they definitely have a talent. Some of these artists end up being commissioned for work on pubs, restaurants, and other buildings, which must be great to turn a (illegal) hobby into a business.

I am a fan of art but the art that I would call proper art, so not much graffiti I like, in fact most of it I think is a blot on the landscape. I know a lot would disagree with me and there were parts I did like, especially the bear at 10:05 and the the eye and lips at 10:48. I suppose it is everyone to their own taste, cheers Alan

I think this place is quite suitable for the graffiti as it's well out of the way and hopefully stops them from working on town centre areas where its not wanted. I also prefer the more realistic works, though a couple of the freestyle script designs were quite good. Cheers for watching.

Hi Andy Wow, this red brick building provides quite space for Graffiti artist. hahah wow still bricks are piled on the ground.. Sorry I missed your premiere. Slow start this morning since I am having body ache from yesterday's hike Is that part of wall burned?? 3:59 Large wall, large Graffiti It seems the style of Graffiti is alike from my perspective I like summer-bright color-ish Graffiti. Thanks for watching Ms K. 🙂 It is a good building for graffiti artists to paint as it is away from the towns where few can see it. Yes I think the wall has been burned. No I'm not a graffiti artist myself. I do think it is an interesting style of art, though. Have a great week exploring.

Funny enough I hate seeing that in curry and city and town centres, but it is place such as that it looks amazing. You really did take some excellent photos and captured the atmosphere really well. Is it an old army barracks as they look like WW2 bunkers. P.s music worked perfectly 👌
