Any tutorials that cover the basics of 3D Coat in detail that you recommend? I've tried a few but they always left out stuff and I just couldn't figure out how to make the settings work since I'm a beginner.
It's hard to say really because It can do so many things that it's hard for the tutorial to know what to keep in and not keep in. My knowledge just drip fed in over time by watching various tutorials. Plus asking questions on the 3d Coat discord. Without those guys I may have given up on the software as it made so little sense in the beginning.
@@AndyWalshI have decent amount of experience with modeling "hard surface" weapons and sci fi assets in 3d coat, but never modeled medieval theme - adobe wall was done with stencils I presume?
