Thanks to medication and PrEP HIV status is no longer a topic in my sexual life. I take every precaution necessary to avoid other STIs. PrEP & U=U community is the safest environment, if you get screened on regular basis. The best benefit of PrEP is however fighting the stigma. I feel absolutely safe with my U=U friends and enjoy the feeling of safety, community, closeness, friendship...and love.
