These hackers toggle. Means they only turn the hacks on at times. And when it's off, Val's scanning can't detect anything. I guess that's why. Maybe when u reported, their cheats were off

I swear only people in high elo get banned for cheating. Ive come across a few cheaters in recent time and none of the got banned and i lost elo... and im not some low silver play calling every good player a cheater. Im mid acendent and they were obv cheating.
