Tonali cost 52m with 8m depending on international appearances. He was able to play 5 or 6 games including a debut goal. I wouldn't call him a bust as if he played a full season he probably would have been good. The Italian FA only charged him two months after he was sold, they could have stopped the deal. Anyway its the past now.
