Exquisite Chinese Sichuan Fine Dining Fusing Tradition with Modern Techniques 

Art Yinba (银芭) is a Chinese restaurant that serves refined Sichuan cuisine fusing tradition with some modern techniques, located in Chengdu, China. It received various accolades, including a Black Pearl One Diamond award (China's answer to the Michelin Guide), a Michelin recommendation, among many other notable titles.
I visited this restaurant with one of my friend/follower who used to train under the head chef of this restaurant and we were taken on an extensive food tour throughout our meal.
We were also served a bottle of Chardonnay from a boutique producer from Xiaojin County of west of Sichuan. It was extremely expressive and took me to the doorstep of wine tasting.
