I follow just one other detailer on RU-vid and one thing that us viewers never see is how physically demanding it is to clean a car to these levels. Maybe I'm getting old but I do half the stuff you do on these cars and need to have a sit down after . Fab job 👍

Cracking content Heather, as always! When you started to apply the tyre dressing, I was like: hold on! Thats Infinity Wax Tyre Coat for sure.. Then, you said and showed it is indeed. My current favorite tyre dressing at the moment as well, and I was happy when I instantly recognize it basically after 1 second lol 😂 Keep it up Heather, quality work. 🙌
I have the same autobrite foam cannon for my karcher but no matter what foam or ratio i use i Never get a foam like that. Am i doing something wrong ? Great content and i love the fact you describe all products , their strength and the best use of them. Keep up the good work.

Hi Heather, great idea rinsing the door and boot shuts with running water - I'll be copying that technique for use myself - thank you! I also agree that it's physically demanding detailing a car properly, my FitBit watch records the event as a Bike Ride or a Swim lol but yes Heart Rate is up to over 100 BPM during the process so a good work out for sure!
Great vid as usual, I know you try lots of products, but I think for us viewers you can now do a best products vid ? That would be useful for us. Good idea ? Its coming to the end of year now, so get in before everyone else, your personal best products for each and every area for this year, thats what we really want to know truth be told.

Cheers! I machine polish it if there's some protection already on there to make sure it's completely gone but if it's just some water marks/ chemical stains then hand polishing is usually enough and a bit less of a faff!
Hi Heather, any comments on the longevity of glass sealants re their prep? The use of Ceriglass, I’ve seen a difference between hand and v.slow machining. With the hand block hatched application, yes when finished you have a full screen water sheet and think bare glass, however leaving one overnight I came out to find that the morning dew on the screen showed up the cross-hatch patterns as oppose to when done by machine you get both a full sheet of water and a full screen of dew. Only extra thing I thought was a quick 70% Isoprop wipe over prior to sealing to eliminate the Ceri hatching.
That's very interesting, thanks for letting me know! I usually get away with just hand polishing if the glass hasn't had any protection applied in a long time or the water/ chemical stains aren't too severe. I'll definitely be using a machine now otherwise though! It's well worth using some kind of panel wipe or glass cleaner to make sure the residue is completely gone, it's not the easiest stuff to remove otherwise
Thank you for another interesting video. I noticed you did use the Blo RS car drier, I presume that's because the car had no protection on the paintwork so would have been a long process?

It’s good stuff, very cheap too. I think the pyramid Carbon glass and Soft99 ultra glaco are more durable especially on the windscreen but for the side windows it’s perfect

Garage Therapy Iron Oxide is a good option, it’s not the fastest reacting but it’s much better lubricated than all the others I’ve tried so it’s ideal for agitating stubborn brake dust
Most of the time claying will cause some marring/ swirls in the paintwork so I usually will polish afterwards to remove the damage to improve the finish. The only time I don't polish is if the paintwork already has loads of scratches/ swirls and the owner isn't bothered about them. In this case the clay bar doesn't really make the finish look any worse
@@AutoCareHQ I've had their SI02 Detailer and Nano Coat spray which have been great and were very good value I found. Also looking at pure definition products but have no experience of them
