Lawmakers, judiciary and women commission have to understand that consent is consent. That act cannot and cannot be termed as rape if done with consent. No woman is that full that she doesn’t understand sexual relation. Secondly fulfiling biological/psychological need that too with consent, due to whatsoever reason cannot be so cruelly criminalise as 10 years of imprisonment. is it too much and too much. It seems the state is totally unwarranted Lee and superfluously unnecessarily entering in the personal space of the people.

What was the crime of that woman's husband, her children, and that other man's wife who had to go through such a humiliating situation? Marriages must be considered a holy contract, and breach of that covenant ought to be considered a crime. I think this is the need of the hour. It's the duty of lawmakers to make sure that, because of one's impetuous partner, his or her innocent counterpart should not suffer. That's why I believe that adultery and extramarital affairs must be considered punishable offences because, by agreeing to marriage, they've accepted the restrictions that come with it in the first place. Otherwise, what's the use of marriage? Where is the sanctity of marriage? If someone doesn't want to get into the bond of marriage but wants to spend his life with his lover, then he or she is free to choose a live-in relationship as their option. By doing this, they'll not only avoid the sacrilege of marriage, but they'll also help in maintaining the sanctity of the institution of marriage. And they'll also be able to dodge the responsibilities that come with marriage. 🙏

Definition of "Consent" in Section 90 of IPC , taking that into consideration, false promises for marriage and getting consent for sexual relationship is a crime 👍 At the same time, taking consent of the bride's family on the basis of false proofs related to the groom's income and property is also a crime. But, if the bride's family has taken the Consent of the groom's family for marriage by showing false "jatak/kundali" won't be a crime ... WTF

यार सहमति या असहमति का मतलब कितना लम्बा खींचोगे? शादीशुदा होने के बाद जो औरत या मर्द, कही ओर रिस्ता बनाये तो सीधा मान लो वो सारे काम करने के लिये बना रहा है जो वो शादीशुदा रहकर पहले भी कर चुका है यार सीधा या तो अपराध मानो या नही मानो ये क्या बात हुयी ऐसा हुआ है तो रेप माना जायेगा ऐसा नही हुआ है तो रेप नही माना जायेगा इतनी टेक्निकल्टी घुसा कर जज भी माथा पीटते है ओर आरोपी भी जलेबी बनाना यही होता है
