Extra wide 18 ft. single wide mobile home that is SWEET! Hey friends, this is Chance with Chance's mobile home world and we have a very unique mobile home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This single wide also has a living room and den that took me by surprise!! The manufacturer for this house is Fleetwood. The model for this home is the "#52 18 WIDE." After watching every one of your videos and many others I can easily tell this single wide has more room and this has a den!!! This home is now at the top of our list for a second house on the property for our daughter. That master closet in this home is as big as some of the closets off masters of double wide home. Chance I just want to tell you that you do such an amazing job. There is no one that is as good as you are at touring homes and giving us all the information while being so personable and funny. More 18 wides, please! For as big as this single wide is, the bedrooms are so tiny. That being said, I like the layout with the two living areas. The main part is spacious for a single, and the kitchen is very nice. Thanks again for a wonderful tour, Chance!

I would definitely do sheetrock. I would prefer an option to make the 2 guest bedrooms bigger by taking out the den. The den would be awkward for furniture between all the doors and the window, I'd rather have bigger bedrooms.

Agree with you on the Sheetrock. Hate those strips on the wall along with those cheesy closet wire racks. As far as the den, that space would be great for teenagers.

I like it! It’s not huge but just enough room for me and my bestie who works from home. The den area could be her office AND we’d still have a guest room! This is absolutely perfect for us!

As a single person, I love this. I never liked the single wide, because they seem too narrow, but the double wide seemed to be large. This seems perfect.

I love the 18’ wides. I’m not a fan of board and batten, but this home is well priced at $79,000. For the size that is a really good price. I noticed there was an optional configuration for the front bedrooms. I wish we could see the other set up as well.

Vents in ceiling, a second living area, two sinks in master bath, separate tub and shower, big closets. And the WINDOWS are beautiful!! I love this home! Want it!

Hey Chance, most singles I have seen here in NC are 18' wide. I wish you could get a 20' ft. wide. Was really surprised also to see a den in it !! Looks like they would put a more modern stove in it , tho . Nice home. give a like cause of that joke please, I give a like for your personality, myself. And the homes when, they warrant it. Anyhow thanks for show showing it.

Doesn’t feeling like a single wide at all; opt for drywall, vaulted ceiling, microwave and upgraded shower in master and we’re good to go! Perfect retirement home - I’d make the den a library, one of the bedrooms an office, other for guests. Kitchen layout needs tweaking, though - move the fridge and put a breakfast bar there & ditch the island for space for a table. Done.

Great job Chance I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH SPACE IS INSIDE THIS 18ft Single wide has a really nice floorplan. It has a good flow from bedroom to bedroom. Plus the Master is very private unlike other single wides I have seen. Not to mention that second Living area was totally unexpected!!

I am blown away by this one right here. The second den was a huge surprise. The guest closet was big. The built in furniture is on point. There is plenty of room for a small family. I love it!!!

Hello Chance. Just wanted to thank you for your channel bc it brings back memories of my childhood when my family used to explore mobile home open houses to check out all the new models. I grew up in a mobile home back when they were called trailers... back in the long ago time before RU-vid... before the internet... before cell phones... we had a rotary ☎ & a party-line... Yes, it was during the age of the dinosaurs. 😀 My mother & father have both passed away & your tours are sort of like a nice visit home. Thank you. ☺

I like this house. I could tell you were going through it more quickly. But you weren’t too fast. It was a good job, not too fast, not too slow. I’ve seen other tours than yours that literally made me dizzy. Yours are always great, Chance. Thanks!

Hey Chance! Happy Thursday! Loved this floor plan and the fact that you didn't tour it yourself beforehand! You were definitely surprised when you found the master bedroom 😯 and the den 😲 lol. I liked that the bedroom doors were not in the kitchen, dining room or living room and the large closets in the second and third bedrooms. I would, for sure, upgrade to drywall. This could work for me as a second home on my daughter and son-in-law's property depending on zoning requirements wherever they choose to buy. About that den -- definitely a surprise in a singlewide but that's what you should get with an 80' long home. I saw on the floor plan that, as an option, you could close it off and still use it as a den or make it a fourth bedroom which is probably what I would do. For me, they would be guest rooms so they don't need to be big. Another option would be to eliminate the den and make the bedrooms bigger. When you tour singlewides, maybe you could slow it down a bit. I know you want these videos to be shorter but sometimes you go too fast through them. For me, I don't worry about the length of the video. Your personality can make longer videos work.

Yay it's another single wide!!! Good amount of storage space in the kitchen and I'm so impressed with the closet space in this one! The den is really too small to be a den with comfy chairs, just my opinion, and I would have to have "real" walls. I am impressed with this layout though. Keep em coming Chance!!!

i've lived in a 14' wide just about my whole life and i once visited a friend with a 16' singlewide and i was blown away. can't imagine an 18'

This is a beautiful home. I live in a 16 wide friends of ours live in a 14 wide I can really tell the difference. I can just imagine the 18 wide. That 2 feet makes a big difference!!

Sorry I didn't mean to put another post but after listening to it like 4 times. Yep, I viewed this particular model and listened to you. Pls still give us the full tour and not whip thru the single wides. We enjoyed them just as much, I could visualize where my things would go and how I would decorate the home. I'm glad that you take time to let us see the home and give us a personal feel for it. Thank you there's no other ppl that do that, let me tell you what the other ones do, they whip thru the bathrooms, closets can't see the size, they never give a great details the kitchen like you do and you're the best don't. 👍🤩👍

My husband and I look forward to every video. It's nice seeing someone with a sense of humor who can make you laugh and show awesome homes at the same time. You make mobile home tours interesting and fun to watch, lol. The only critics I have is maybe try using other phrases. Like instead of saying "I'll be brief", say something like "I won't spend too much time in here". Change it up a bit. You are kind of repetitive with your words 😂 but we love watching your videos and think you're doing a great job!

Love this home.You have heard me say this b4 .This is @ great starter home for a couple. The den is the item that seal the deal for me. The kitchen was lovely,and the master bathroom was everything a nice size tub.

This would be great for senior citizens who are down sizing for sure! But also a young couple or single person just starting out! The price is better than most homes that you have to redo plumbing floors etc.! My first house was a 1500 SQFT. 2 story. This is bigger than that! Great house!
