Thanks for showing us this knife. They are assembled about 20 miles from where I live, and their company office is literally right across the river from my apartment, a few hundred yards away. If Tekto wants $150 for that knife they should tell us a bit more about the heat treat and final HRC of the blade. At that price the heat treat should rival custom heat treat protocols. Even as a U.S.A. assembled knife I'd rather see it around the $100-$110 mark with 154CM. See you at the hivestream tomorrow Beez!

I agree with you. $150 for D2 is steep in my book. For $130 you can grab a Spyderco Native 5 with S30V. No it will not be a small knife but huge difference in blade steel and edge retention there along with known build quality.

Although a nice looking knife, once again "Made in USA" makes it pricier than necessary. Can get several of the CRKT CEO and CEO compacts for price of one of these.

That is a great knife I would like the ergos. I never heard of the company before and I went to Portland during the time I was a collector. Must be a newer company. For that price a us company you would expect it to be s20vn at least

I've had a couple other knives from them on the channel. I am kind of surprised by the price. It's a nice, sleek design but maybe some s35vn or something in that arena of blade steels would be nice for the price.

Nice looking knife. Reminds me of the Begleiter. The branding could be done more tastefully and it would make a huge difference. I would like to see better steel for that price. 154cm with a good heat treat and kill the billboard. Maybe a nice logo? And then I would give about 115 bucks for it.

Interesting, nice looking but the bright white logo is a deal breaker. Tone it down, understated is more beautiful and better marketing.

Interesting lightweight Gents carry. TEKTO GEAR, assembled in the US but made in China? Going to be honest about this one. Its got a very nice design to it. But for the materials, its overpriced. Thanks for always bringing new companies to us to check out.

Very nice but not $150 worth of nice lol. Thanks for showing us though! At this price point there are just so many other options that I'd probably go with. Just my opinion.
