Great job👍🏻 You are amazing. I wish I had you’re energy. The living room room is beautiful. You & Bobby are so smart to start early with organizing & reducing the things that will be moved. We relocated from Maryland to Illinois 2 1/2 yrs ago. We purchased a 128 yr. Old farm house. We love it so much. It is an on going remodel but keeping all the charm. We have slowed down the pace of our life. We live out away from big towns in the middle of farms. We travel 45 mins once a month for groceries & big shopping. Our little town of maybe 1000 has two gas stations a small store,Three church’s a post office & a Dollar General. All of these within two miles of each other. The house we left was a custom built home wish we loved how ever taxes were higher. The cost of living was higher & we both worker 40 plus hours a week just to keep up. Now we are retired and life is easier. I pray that whatever you & Bobby decide it will bring you much happiness and joy. Love you & your precious family❤️You are the very 1st person I found on you tube and I have loved watching you and your family grow.

Just the motivation I needed today! I had also given my son charge of his bathroom... and it pretty much resulted in the same as your boys. Ugh. Lesson learned for mom, check it more often!lol Freya is such a sweet little helper! Footie pjs in the winter was always the daily attire for my kiddo too! We are in Iowa and in an old house at that time. Footies meant I didn't have to constantly fight to get socks on him!lol I'm super excited to watching your moving prep. We are planning to move this summer as well, so im doing a whole house declutter too! So much work but I know it's going to be well worth it. We are staying local, so as I pack, a lot is going to our local storage unit. I keep asking myself "do I want to pay to store this?" It feels great to really dig in and let stuff go!

I think it is great that you are letting the boys try to clean their spaces. Maybe a check in before bed could help keep them on track to wipe out the toothpaste every night. It definitely takes a while for it to sink in 🤣 Says the mom of two messy teens.

I like how baby doesn’t have a million toys out. It’s good use bins, not toy boxes, this way you can rotate toys. A different bin of toys each day engages them more.

I love houses from Victorian/Edwardian era- 1906 is Edwardian by the way as Victoria died in 1901. With Freya, I would try making her sit at the table when she does it. Meaning she can only have drinks when she sits down. Say something like "only big kids who keep their drinks in their mouth get to drink in the living room." So she can get down, but drinks stay at the table. So try that for maybe two days. After two days, tell her she can try being a big kid with her drinks, but if she spits again, drinks go back to the table. She gets "big kid" privileges when she follows the rules. This way drinks are always available. You don't want to restrict food or drink, but it's a prize to drink somewhere besides the table. Good luck! I know she can do it with a loving mom like you! Edit: Freya is just the bestest little helper ever! What a sweetheart!

As a owner of a home built in 1925 don't do it! They are great to look at but dear lord it's so expensive to fix years of neglect. My husband and I finished remodeling our bathroom last year. It took us about a year and cost us 8,000 to do ourselves. I'm so happy with how it is now but lord it was expensive. We now have to do our laundry room and the bathroom upstairs.

I wish you lived closer to me, I would love your pointers on decluttering my house! I don’t know where to start at times. I do use the 2 box method, one for donation or sell! I do use a box as a trash can by putting a trash bag in it! I’ve started on going though some things little by little. I did get rid of old bills receipts from years ago, to be shed or burnt. We decluttered and purged massively before we moved across the country. We could not use 1800 got junk when we moved, they didnt service the area we were in, but we donated what we could and then ended up filling a 4 ton dumpster of just junk/garbage. Its is crazy how much junk you accumulate over many yrs. It felt so good to move into our brand new house with only the stuff we needed, like a fresh start. Wish you all the best of luck with your new move/house when it happens for you and cant wait to see you organize and decorate a new home.

I wish someone could help me clean and organize, mostly organize my bedroom it’s so overwhelming 😞 I feel like I try and try and clean and clean but it just never gets done it’s so embarrassing I mostly have clothes all over my bedroom because we don’t have a closet and my husband has soo much clothes it’s all over the bedroom even when I fold all the clothes eventually his clothes gets everywhere 😩 & everything just gets messed up again my bedroom is about 600 sq ft but we have stairs in the middle of it taking up a lot of the space up so it seems smaller and tighter the way its sectioned up

Having beverages away from the table is a privilege. Your daughter needs to be limited to eating and drinking at the table when she is spitting foods and fluids out. She will learn quickly to eat and drink properly.

Great video like always! When I started bathing my dog two times per week and brushing her coat daily. It reduced the hair inside the house, and the allergies went down. I use a n95 mask and I brush her coat outdoors.

The carpet cleaner also pulls the color out of your couch just fyi my uncle is a professional carpet cleaner and he says most people think that when their water doesn’t run clear that it’s still dirty . But it’s just the color . Depends on the age of the fabric
