Hello all and welcome to my channel. In todays video, I take you all with me as I go grocery shopping for the month of October 2023. I usually do 1 big grocery haul at the beginning of each month. I do this by planning out my monthly meals and creating a list of all dry, frozen and pantry foods for the ENTIRE month. The only thing that I buy weekly is fresh produce.
