Health Experts Issue Warnings for Utahns during Record Heat
ST. GEORGE, Utah (07/12/2024 - Record triple digit temperatures across much of Utah come with dire warnings.Temperatures have reached as high as 115 degrees in Southern Utah, and over 100 degrees along most of the Wasatch Front.
Medical experts from Intermountain St. George Regional Hospital are seeing a significant increase in heat related illnesses this year compared to last.
People are urged to seek relief from the extremely dangerous heat wave in Southern Utah, which is expected to continue throughout the next week.
