S-E-R-I-O-U-S!!! Doc, you already know your a guru in this. This routine is off the chain, this shows strength, endurance, disipline, creativity, recovery, and all else associated with an intense bar workout, seriously need I say more?
Excellent and motivating routine! I liked the 30 count hold with your partner hanging from your legs and the knees-up weighted holds. Static holds are so useful in strength training!
Inspiration and kinetic art: the art of strength. Doc's physique mirriors the intensity of his training, an all the sweat is like reflections from pure energy. Haha, the belt or sash he is wearing looks cool, too-like a kung fu master, or better, barmaster.
Damn Doc you got even stronger your recovery in between sets is amazing. I got to start doing these superset routines more often i do 2mups 2dips at top up to10, 2pullups up to 10, 15 diamondsup to 60 once per week though i think thats one of your routines. i have to up it, how often do you do these superset workouts.
