Here's the tutorial for the RISE solo. Some people online have wrong tabs and notes, this is how it's actually played. Enjoy and remember to always practice with a metronome!
He has done that crazy lick very similar To a lot of older songs there is dotted 8th note delay as well as as harmonizer on it which you can hear at the of the run. Good song good solo.
I would recommend practicing with palm muting right away because you wanna build muscle memory with the right strings tension. Also, all pair of notes are probly on a same string: the pair you hear as 'diagonal' are probly a repeat of the same note (one string up, five frets down = same note on a guitar)
Correct, on the wide stretches he hits the same note twice, it keeps the pattern going and still sounds cool cause they're on neighboring strings. Sometimes new players have a hard time trying to play fast and mute correctly, that's why practicing with a metronome is crucial ;)
@@THEVATICANTS I don’t think there is any delay. Live you don’t see him turn one on and his tech doesn’t hit his pedals for him or have duplicates in the back that can be turned on. I think what you are perceiving as delay is the same note being played on the higher string. Just very quickly and clean.
