They way you handle him, distract him with ear rubs, use a soft, calm voice... perfecto!

Listening to you speak Spanish calms me so I know it calms the dog. Great job on his face. He’s letting you get the job done even though he hates it. That speaks volumes.

I really like how calm and quiet you are, always reassuring and never raising your voice. There’s something intrinsically soothing about the the soft sounds of the Portuguese language (of which I understand about as much as the dog does!).

Maybe the issue is the high pitch of the clippers, its really loud when i listen to it on here, just a suggestion to look for less noise versions of clippers

Your are so gentle but with this dog you had to be very firm and show it who’s in charge as the owner has clearly failed with this dog. Stroking and showing affection when it’s jumping about like that just encourages that behaviour. You should get the groomers hammock for the legs.

Not hard to do. Very easy compared to other dogs.

STOP stroking the dogs face and singing LINDO.. using that high pitch voice!! Ur only stressing the dog out more! You're more anxious than the dog! Your scissors need sharpening so bad and your clippers are extremely LOUD!! Lindoooooo!!! Smh That was cruel the way you guys forcefully held the dog down, I've never seen other groomers do that. You're calling the dog LINDOOOOO like 80 times while he's freaking out which only encourages that behavior. I had to stop.. if I hear lindooooo one more time I'm gonna scream!! Try being more QUIET 🤫
