Extremely Powerful | Root Chakra Awakening Meditation Music | Muladhara
Also known as the 1st or Root Chakra, the Muladhara (sometimes spelled as mooladhara) is considered by many to be the most important Chakra (although we know they are all important, right?) because it is the Chakra that connects us to our physical world. Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.
Color of associated with Root Chakra is Red
If your root chakra is in balance or open properly, you will feel secure in your world and daily tasks will seem effortless. You will not have any doubts about your place in the world and things will work for you, whether it be with relationships, money or with a career. You will work with the world and not against it!
If your root chakra is under-active you may feel disconnected from the world around you, including from your body. You will feel disorganized and consequently this will reflect in your world. You will lack focus and discipline and you may even become afraid, anxious or restless in your daily interactions. You will probably experience a lack of stamina, depression or desire to do or to want anything out of life. You will have trouble obtaining financial security and will find yourself with no, or very little boundaries.
Physical symptoms of an Imbalance:
Weight-loss/gain, over or underactive sex drive, poor immune system, anemia, depression, laziness, irratible bowel syndrome are all possible physical symptoms of an imbalance within the root chakra.

unlearn everything you learned since you were born. imagine what it felt like in the womb. imagine what would it feel like before there was nothing to learn. imagine not existing yet. imagine you never opened your eyes before and you are not able to tell they are closed. who would and could you be if no one was around? who are you when there's nobody to see? if the only voice you could ever hear was yours, who would you tell you are, or you want to be? imagine the safety, the safety of being alone. being alone but not considered lonely by being so.

This is what we hear when we die, what we feel as our souls leave our mortal bodies, we travel through the clouds on hearing the voices we know of our loved ones calling, they beckon us and the closer we are to our final breath the louder the voices become. Then there we are! Sheer joy, the smell of every flower ever bloomed. The voices on earth now grew silent, that light gone as a new light carried me to a higher plane that no one knows of until we die. No more fears or worries, bliss takes its place. This is crazy.. it was a roller coaster ride for me.. I had energy flowing at my spinal cord near bottom three chakras.. I felt energy ball in my palms.. I was crying and forgiving people and my heart was filled with love to everyone even who did wrong to me.. my head was light and asking forgiveness for all my sins from present and past lives.. Okay so I wouldn't have believed this if I hadn't just experienced it- but I took a test to help me determine what chakras needed opening and the root chakra was by far the most under-active chakra of my body. I've been dealing with intense back/spine pain near my pelvis for almost 4 months now- I started listening to this and the pain honestly diminished greatly, almost instantaneously. I hadn't even thought that this pain could be a result of a blockage in my root chakra but when I consider how insecure I seem in my day to day life and how financially frustrated I am, it only goes to show that it can't seem to hurt to try this. Just starting out learning more about chakras and everything, so I'd love any information people might want to provide!

Sounds like you have gained access to the "Ancestors Realm." Congratulations. These "keys" are your gifts. You will need to open each gift one at a time. I had the same experience and found a rusty set of ancient keys in a tree outside of my house as validation. Can I suggest you work with "Petrified Wood" and meditate. how should you listen to it for maximum effect? Should you meditate, listen to it before going to bed,etc.? An update... - after asking this question I just sat down in a meditative position and almost instantly my head started moving, was almost limpy.. A thought came that I have to meditate, so I'd better bring myself to the center and stop moving my head. I chose not to and went with the flow... What happened is that I saw a spiral doing down to the earth and back to my body. Then my body started doing circles to the right, first slowly, then more firmly. I was just observing what was happening to my body. I didn't use my will to do that. I heard, let go of control and just go with the flow.... so I chose not to control of how long my body is going to move like that. Then, my body stopped and started doing circles in the opposite direction. After that my body stopped and came back to the meditative position. After a while my body started slowly moving to the front and back, then more and more vibrantly and firmly. I heard again, let go of control and go with the flow, so I did. While doing so I started feeling uncomfortable in my abdomen area. I heard take care of your body and eat. I just realized that it is noon and I practically had only 2 coffees with ice cream... It was time to stop meditation and eat. I knew that I had to have some meat, since meat nourishes root chakra and is very strengthening and grounding. Proteins balance root chakra. Then I heard come to the basics...

+Mr Crunch I am a Reiki practitioner and regularly meditate on my chakra to cleanse, balance and open them to keep energy flowing. When I meditate, I visualize the spinning chakra disk centered inside my body. the disk extended just past my body, but after listening to this meditation music for a while, I noticed that the disk diameter doubled in my vision. The wider the chakra disk is, the better.
