It is the harbor of Rotterdam. There are huge amounts of trucks. The truck driver was yelling "it is not a playground here" for a reason. There is no other reason for a truck to swerve out like that, than taking a corner. You should stay behind the truck till the entire truck is out of your lane. Overtaking in The Netherlands is only legal by passing on his left side. Although the truck did not use a indicator, both bikes are in the wrong here.

In the UK keep away from the left side of a truck I've seen a few near misses and one very nasty crash with a car trying to seek up the inside of an articulated lory turning left when he had togivea wide swing. The car gotctrapef between the trailer and the trafic light pole by the time the lory stopped the car was a good foot and a half narrower than when it started.

The one driving didn't have any turn signals on for one and for two they crossed over 2 lanes to turn. if the biker wasn't quick enough to turn there would have been an accident and then when the police saw this footage they would accuse the car driver for reckless driving I think, I could be wrong about that one

If you think about the thought process, bikers shouldn't be surprises at getting cut off. First a driver is going to look in their side mirror or glance over their shoulder to see if the other lane is clear. Then their attention is going to be on the front of their own car to make sure they have clearance.
