IT employee Yachendra Kiran booked a land plot at Virtue High Point, a project of Virtue Infra Builder Private Limited, and he paid Rs 6 lakhs. However, after signing an agreement for sale, he had a shocking experience It turned out that the signature of the land-owner in the agreement was forged, and the land-owner denied all knowledge of the agreement and indeed, the deal for that specific villa plot no. 25.
UPDATE: Yachendra Kiran got back Rs 3 lakhs from the builder, but he is still struggling to get back the remaining Rs 3 lakhs. The whole experience has shaken and traumatized him.

Even I am facing the same issue. I had to withdraw because their layout (shrikara vista in Maranayakanahalli, Yelahanka taluk) did not have the approval of competent authority. Now it's been more than 4 months, I haven't got my booking amount. Every time I call, they keep on saying next week, next week and it's been more than 4 months. Their MDs do not respond to calls, messages or emails

Karnataka Govt.and RERA need to be honest, bold and effective in their administration to deal with such frauds, realtors in realestate business to give speedy justice and refunds to the cheated people in the state...let not Bengaluru be a fraudsters city in realestate matter for specially the middle class people who dies un noticed, unreported out of depression inflicted upon them by tactful builders in taking away their hard earned money showing a dream for plot or home !

All are paid reviews, I have visited the office where they operate with a mobile phone , no computer no laptop nothing....their own employees create fakje accounts and posts good reviews

98% of land in Bangalore or outskirts is sold to more than 2 to 3 persons..... better to buy apartment

Is there who is facing issue in refund or plot allotment, I did face issue in getting some legal documents ffor verification which i haven't received anytime till i gave a cancellation request. They agreed it was their fault and agreed for 100% refund but still dodging us in payment. I have raised/ registered complaint in police station yesterday

Don't invest in blore real estate. There is a big group of ppl who are intentionally creating issues especially against N Indians languagebarrieris easy advantage. Even don't buy apartments. It's a big issue can't explain in comments.
