G’day everyone. I hope you enjoyed these somewhat different exercises. 👁️👀 Let me know how you went below and to read more on eye health: @t. .. Have a great week and I'll see you soon for more!! - Mike xo
Total body exercises including our eyes!! Brilliant is what you are! I am a retired nurse who was hurt at my last assignment. My knees are destroyed, but with your exercise routines and understanding of seniors I am happy to say that I am moving much better. Cannot seem to get the legs up too high when marching but I am driven to keep trying. Definitely cannot do the grab and hug of my legs but who knows maybe one day it will happen. You are such a breath of fresh air in the middle of this pandemic, thank you Mike for your hard work on everyone's behalf! You're a God send!
My husband and l really like the way your exercises arent too overwhelmingly, you explain all that we are to be doing and remind us to sit in a good posture....we aim to do one set of exercises per day ...we feel good today as we have just completed the full 55 minute one . .thank you for posting these ,my husband said we will.be the fittest OAP around . . 🤣
Hi these were quite relaxing! Thank you! I wonder if you could give some tips on how to breathe correctly? When exercising I don't know at what point to inhale and when to exhale! Thanks for your knowledge and exercise routines! Have a lovely Monday!
I'm do this even though I'm 21 and get terrible eye strain with screen usage, and have astigmatism. I also want to keep my vision stable since prescription glasses are hereditary in my family. Thanks for helping preserve our optimal health!
Thank you, thank you! My optic nerve was “stretched” in a head trauma car accident 26 years ago. Surgery helped to repair uneven (not blurry) vision ten years ago. Now that I’m 63 these eye exercises will continue to be helpful in my old age.
Unlike most folks, I rarely use an iphone, and my laptop a bit at a time for a total of about 1 hour a day or less. I dislike looking at small screens. I read as well, but all these activities I do moderately. I do watch intermittent TV throughout the day in between doing various other household activities--as well as your stretches and exercises of course! I found the distance focusing difficult to measure when incrementally increasing them, and took 3 arbitrary distance points to gaze at, not really knowing whether they were correct. I enjoyed the routine: it permitted me to stop, relax, and focus inward on the tasks with little bodily motion--a nice change! Thanks again for adding something unique to my routines, Mike...Anastasia
I went through several exercises and couldn’t weight to be over, but when you say,”…this is the end of…” I say, “Can we just go little longer?” But the way how my parts of body feel after perfectly planned beneficial exercises I do not need go longer, because my wrists, my arms… feel great at that time-miracles worker with your educated knowledgeable sense about what is the most helpful. Quality over quantity! Oh, I must check out that Breathing Exercises….. It is hard to leave you😊🤗
What a brilliant idea to include some eye exercises! I noticed the neck exercises were nearby - on youtube - so I did those after the eye exercises. I’m a musician so get a lot of strain in the neck and shoulders and eyes too, so these exercises will become part of the routine
that was great. Borderline pass on last eye test for driver's licence in October 2023. Next test October 2025 so hopefully these exercises will give me a pass next time too.
"Eye" really liked these simple eye exercises and will do them many times during the week since I do so much computer work. Thanks so much and take care during this time!
Hi Mike from Florida 🚢🌊🌴 I don’t know why I haven’t done this video before? I have Glaucoma & my eyes are dry, blurry at times & feel like I have something in them. These exercises were great & gave me moisture, better vision & felt so much better🙏now I do them throughout the day. ThY Mike
My eyes were so tired and dry this evening until I did your eye exercises. Now they feel much more relaxed and I will definitely do this several times djring the day, as I spend so much time on the computer.. Thank you.
I have glaucoma which can make my eyes tried and sensitive to light. these exercises really help to refresh my eyes and i can read for longer now-thank you!
Mike you are very innovative a very good exercise . Just one thing wish I could look out to the sea or the mountains! Look forward to seeing and doing more different exercises. Thank you
Hi, believe it or not, these eye exercizes are calming for me. I'm really 'wrapped 2 tight"😁 & eye therapy helps me snap out of a panic. I use EMDR on my own, but not lately... (So stressed out over the election process)😱
I get severe headache after doing eye exercises for a few days, then I have to stop it. I am taking eye drops regularly to reduce eye pressure as I have signs of glaucoma.
Hi Mike, as a glasses wearer, can I ask if I should do these exercises whilst wearing my glasses (obviously apart from the exercise covering the eyes) or should I take my glasses off for all the exercises?
Is there anything i can do to get rid of bad floaters in my eyes i have one spot in my left eye and some nasties in my right . I spend alot of time reading and on computer. Thanks for the videos.
When I am waking down the street and I turn my head to the right I see double, one car on top of the other, or any other object. This does not happen when I turn my head to the left.
I spend far too much time on my phone and PC. I will add this to my daily routine. With the distance part, I see double after a few seconds - is this normal? Thank you.
Make sure you're blinking Fiona! With the finger focus one, it is normal to see double. You can try and focus on seeing one image, which makes it a little more challenging!
