This 2 film is very underrated. Comedy classics. And De Niro. Damn. I know these are comedy movies but he is still badass charismatic person. Great actor of all time. Pacino never play these roles. He is not handle it. And if De Niro not doin these comedy movies there was not Anger Manegement and Jack and Jill movies.

For like a billion reasons. Its not possible for a normal gangster to just “make a few million”, plus most of them are there for the lifestyle, the thrill and the feeling of power, and like the other guy said, you cant just leave without getting people very suspicious of you

Yeah, this is such a load of shit. Crystal would never be allowed into this meeting. This meeting would never occur. Deniro would never publicly admit to wanting to leave the life. Deniro would never bother to tell anybody that is connected. Deniro would really high tale it to another country with out saying a word if he was serious. If this really had happened, they would all start laughing and proceed to have guys bring them meals while Crystal and Deniro were taken in to another room and murdered and then disposed of without a sign they were ever there. Nobody is allowed to leave, ever.
If you talk about realism De Niro's character should have been killed just because he goes to the therapist. But It's a comedy movie not Goodfellas. Take it easy
