IN THIS VIDEO - I will explain in detail how to perform EYE-LIFT EXERCISES To Tighten Upper & Lower Lid | Improve Vision muscles naturally by using and contracting your muscles correctly.
Facial exercise, also known as face or facial yoga, is far from a new fad. I have systems and practices to tone every muscle of your face. But still, the facial muscles seem to get left behind. Facial exercises are a great way to encourage our facial muscles to stay lifted and alert. This can prevent sagging and sallow skin in the future. Facial exercise is a fun and unique way to interact with clients and teach them some take home skills!

FULL FACE EXERCISE ROUTINE
1. Complete 25-30 repetitions for each exercise movement
2. Remember to ISOLATE the muscle
3. Hold and Freeze for 5-10 sec. for the lactic burn at the end of each exercise
4. Visualize the muscle that is being contracted
5. Activate the Mind & Body connection
6. See in your mind's eye your muscles strengthening, rejuvenating and firming up
7. Do this routine regularly

Where was the circles one I will look again-that would be a blessing(every 4-5 weeks have needles in retina to dissolve blood clot&her forhead helped to reduce the bruising! ❤️👍

i had dysport under my eyes and its messed up my muscle still a year later. going to try this. my lymphs are so messed up in the morning so swollen its changed my eye shape permanently. this is probably the most in depth eye workout video ive seen yet :)

It is a good idea to takeoff your glasses so you can focus more on your muscles and contractions. I have a new tutorial and I would advise you to do the whole face in conjunction around the eyes. Dear Maria, can't believe I didn't discover you sooner?! Been following various experts (and some charlatans haha) for a while now, doing some exercises here and there. However, I have to have a different approach if I want to see desired results so now I decided to construct a workout plan/routine to stick to it for at least 6 weeks. While trying to find just the right exercises for each muscle group (from what I understood from my research, I should include at least 4 different muscle groups of the face in each session, after 6 weeks work on different parts and so on) and stumbled upon your video, immediately subscribed to your channel because what you do and how you do it is just wonderful!While others who practice what they call Face Yoga, which I am not going to name here, are all about selling their "routines", not really sharing how it should be done exactly, you share your knowledge and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for that. Am sure good will come back to you! I hope I will be able to construct a good plan because only if we stick to it can we see results. I am almost 50, this is a good time to start I think :) Sadly I can't afford buying these online plans right now so all I can do is rely on myself, do my research, try to come up with something solid that will work and stick to it. Things will change, after every low there should be an up just around the corner waiting for us all. You are a part of my path to that "up around the corner after a long low" :) Thanks for sharing!

Hi Maria, I discover you on you tube and like your video’s very much. I do the facial cupping and de face exercises that you show inn your videos. I have a question about the exercise for my exes and eyesight. I had two times a laser operation because I had two times a crack inn my retina. Can I do the exercises for my eyes en eyelids? Or is it dangerous because it is to much pressure on my eyes? I like to do the whole exercises for my face also for my eyes. I find it very relaxing. Hope you can answer my question. @@AglaiaEstheticsTraining how often should a person micro needle? I have one and was using for a bit, weekly, but got out of the habit. I also have Nuface and Susanne Somers micro current but again, not using. 😕. My 51-year old face is looking older than it should. Especially lip wrinkles and I don’t smoke! 😩

@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining oh my god when i isolated the obicularis oculi and really got the contraction. The burn was insane my eyes started watering hahaha. Does this mean my eye muscles were weak and im doing it right ? :)

@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining im srarting to see some small results my lower eyelid has lifted a bit and my upper eyelid has tightened and come down. I always wondered why my under eye was droopy because my orbital bone is right under my eyelid. So lucky to have found these exercises thanks very much :)

When you do facial exercises, you must do the full face and I do have a tutorial done. Then you can focus in some areas where you have additional muscle weaknesses... also you can use micro needling or radio frequency to help with your skin. I have also those tutorials. I would do every day the full face excercises and work around the eyes if that’s where you need extra work twice a day but please do not overdo it.

My eye was injured with vivace microneedling it became droopy sunken even after Botox it’s still smaller than the other almost 2 months later. Will it get better or could it be damaged permanently

Hi, will this work if I wear contact lenses while I do the exercise or does it cancel out?

Hello Nelly … exercises do work… however they need to be done consistently. Have you ever try micro needling?

It’s not supposed to give you pain. If you’re experiencing pain then you’re either doing it wrong or you might need to go and check with your doctor.

Hi ma’am my eyes are fine the only problem is it’s big. The skin between my brow and my eye. I have double eyelid and my eyes are actually nice but in side profile, it sucks it makes me look like I have a swollen eyes. It looks like this Brow ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) (And the the lid and the 👁)

I am not a doctor... but I believe if you excercise the muscle and maybe use micro current your eye will improve... Resistance workout According to the National Stroke Association, forcing your eyelids to work out every hour may improve eyelid droop. You can work eyelid muscles by raising your eyebrows, placing a finger underneath and holding them up for several seconds at a time while trying to close them. Maria
