Can it be connected with the ezviz NVR (X5S)? Because from the website description, C8C storage just support Memory Card and Cloud Service, exclude NVR. Thanks

Hi, yes you can add all your EZVIZ devices to one account, just creat your EZVIZ account and repeat the steps in the video (tap '+' and scan the QR code on the devices you want to add).
Bonjour en possession très récemment de la C 8 C installation en wifi sans problème par contre je rencontre des problèmes de réglage pas de détection humain après 10 mètres, mon garage se trouve à 15 mètres du coup pas de détection humain pas d'alerte sur mon téléphone .et je détecte les voitures a 30 mètres du coup je me retrouve avec environ 180 vidéos par jour. Pourriez vous me donner des conseils pour les réglages. Merci

It can be in the following cases: 1) if you have turned on the auto tracking feature with human detection, then the detection distance is only 7 to 8 meters, so it might not detect and trigger the event; 2) it depends on the direction on movement, if the movement is NOT horizontally across the camera (e.g. walking towards the camera in vertical movement), then the camera might not detection the motion; 3) if you only turn on the motion detection, then we recommend to switch it to human detection to improve the accuracy, while adjusting the sensitivity. 4) if the vehicle triggers the detection event even in the distance of 30 meters, need to confirm if the car is within the field of view of C8C.

Since there are all very specific, case-by-case scenario discussion. 2) Are you looking for a purchase recommendation (excuse us for google translating your reply)? From our outdoor camera selections, the C8 outdoor pan and tilt series, it's good for open field such as the backyard or garden, to avoid getting any visual blind spot. But if you're looking for great night vision and smart detection, the our C3 series might also be a good choice. Although the field of view is fixed, it's still wide enough to look out for what's happening outside (e.g. the garage, porch, etc.) Hope these info would help :)

Hi, currently the C8C doesn't support preset location function, you may choose other outdoor units such as H8c or C8c 2K+, and click the locations you set via EZVIZ App to make the camera resume its place. Many thanks for your interests.
Hi, I have just installed the C8W Pro 2K camera. All works fine but my speaker volume seems a bit high when I "Press and talk" and I get a lot of "Feedback" noise and squalling noises. Do you know if there is a configuration option to overcome this problem? Thanks in advance.

You can go to the Settings in your EZVIZ app and adjust Device Alarm Mode and Motion Detection Sensitivity in the Alarm Notification page. Good stuf I already using C8C, C3WN, and C4W and connecting them with NVR. But somehow I loosing special feature from C8C like light alarm, and intercomm feature from C4W on my mobile apps. Please fix it

The manual itself is for people who have not understood it. It is a pity that the manufacturer does not include people who want to connect cameras via PoE and NAS or recorders. Big minus. I have just bought the C8C, but I fear I will be returning it for a refund. So far I've spent days trying to figure out how to view it, alongside my other cameras on the blue iris on my PC. I don't *want* to look at it, or try to monitor all the cameras on my tiny camera screen as I sit at my PC during the day. There is nothing in the instruction manual about using it on a PC. I'm used to nice easy Wanscam pnp. It shouldn't be this difficult. Anyone have any advice before I box it up and return it?

Check better after service or local product and avoid to buy this brand product as spent lot of time since last 3 months but no luck. I bought 5 NVR camera’s😢
After all the messing about I called the service centre who was obsessed about wanting me to go out and buy a phone which does apps. I eventually managed to get him to understand that I am very old and want to use my PC to view the cameras, like I already view the 2 existing cameras. When he said this cannot be done. Perhaps Ezviz needs to put a disclaimer on the box to say that it won't work with Blue Iris software and I could have saved my time and money. I will be returning this rubbish for a refund. Ezviz c8c smart? Doesn't seem very smart at all.

A very bad camera that cannot protect your family at all unless you are subscribed to the cloud service, which costs you a lot of money to subscribe and is only supported in some countries. I owned one and my house was robbed and my camera and memory card were stolen and I can't even play the last video on their App. I contacted ezviz support and they couldn't help me with anything.
Hi there, the Cloudplay is a relatively less likely way to lose storage. You can find the availability of cloud storage on the subscription page on EZVIZ App. If you use a memory card and it is removed, you may not be able to watch the playback on the App. If there is any more issue please do not hesitate to send an email to support@ezvizlife.com. A serious useless camera with that price. Not a friendly wifi connection, always failed to play ( do not tell me that i dont have a strong wifi ) replaced my previously camera, c3w pro ( much better and easy connected) and tis one and its a really crap. at nite its not even black and white nite mode by default, u had to tilt it up and down, then it will change to nite mode. no 2 ways speakers, and u can only hear echoes, what a junk. seriously better buy those china made camera cheaper
