Hi if you use a macro SD card how do you erase the memory do you have to remove the card from the camera or you can do it through your phone and open more space for new recordings ? Thank you 🙏
No, you could select any wifi connection in your home even if its different than the one your phone is on. As long as you have the password, onces it on that wifi it will be tied to your account and you can access the camera.
Hi. I would like to ask for your experience regarding a camera that would help me to do my job: I need to monitor rats activity’s at my clients houses in very tiny spaces. -I need a small camera arround 3-4 inch high maximun. -it should be able to connect in all wifis -(or have its own data plan that I could pay mounthly) -I need to receive videos of the rats mouvements or behaviour so I can adapt the traps and baits.( I don’t need pictures, night vision videos are what I need) - ideally wireless (enough to hold full fonctional 15days with out plugging) - be able to see in real time if the clients call me and heard that something is going on the crawl spaces where the camera is monitoring so I can check what’s going on. Do you know of a Camera that could meet my needs plz? Thank you very much for your time.
Interesting... so for this, I would recommend the Blink battery cameras. They are powered by a few AA batteries and just have a hub that connects to WiFi. You will have to get the clients WiFi password to setup the hub, but these would give you the best chance of catching what is going on. I think a 2 or 3 pack of cameras with the hub is about $200 or so. You could of course reset them and use them at another clients if needed. Check my channel or other for Blink Cameras. They are small, square camera that should do what you need. You could even put an USB flash drive on the Blink Hub to get more footage.
