I listened to this when I felt like weird and I was asking myself "did I really distance myself from reality and if so then why?" I mean, I kinda felt like real life didn't feel real anymore when my addiction to video games took the toll and ever since I became a self taught 3d artist, I used to see real life like some kind of video game like cyberpunk or something like that, and most of the times I had very hard time to deal with my depression when I had lost my good friends that I had valued a little bit too much so just saying, one day you'll just feel like enough is enough and you won't even care about the past anymore, you'll feel like loneliness is no longer a pain but a part of your daily life. (yes, I am describing all of this from my very own experience and whoever is reading this, I hope this helps)
