Lol Jordan Peterson is not a great backup. First of all Jesus was chill AF so if you believe in Christianity where he literally says to take a slap in the face from your enemy rather than slap back, you somehow believe being Alpha is being better than Jesus. Second, if only a man with the option of doing evil can be "good," than certainly a God who allows both cannot himself be good, as the option to be good by abstaining from evil is not the path taken by God. Just because you are all powerful doesn't mean you get a free pass to do whatever. If that was the case, the very idea of good and evil would be relative, as if for God there is no morality, than it is arbitrary what ours would be, and even if you assume the Bible tells us the morality we're supposed to follow, again Jesus is very anti-violence and anti-revenge. Regardless the idea of the Beta and Alpha has been disproved by further research into the animals where the idea came about; the complexity of the social hierarchies were higher than the original theory acknowledged, and it wasn't that simple. He dead anyway, clearly his Alpha status did not work out for him. These ideas are traps that are easily dismantled with nuance. Too bad he learned that too late when a woman shot him to death.
