It's poetic that he was taken down by a female cop.

He hated 'weak men', yet he lacked the strength to handle his own emotions and couldn't stop himself lashing out like a child.

This isn't masculinity, masculinity is the ability to control ones emotions and physicality especially when capable of great harm.

I was good friends with Sarah, the girl who died at the hotel, we worked at that hotel front desk together. The day she died was the day my life was turned upside down. Our work family also likes the poetic justice with being shot down by a lady cop, who survived the attack. We couldn't have wished for a better outcome, as if he had survived, we would have been dragged down a world of court, and knowing he's dead and no longer a threat has been a blessing. Miss my work bestie though. 😞

Not even a whole 5 seconds in and the ultimate shade of "you have likely never heard of this man" is so profound. He will forever go down as a nobody manbaby.

I've noticed that most of the men who call themselves alpha males are narcissists who wants to be superior over others, i think those people were bullies in school when they feel like they are cool and powerful when they attack someone physically or mentally weaker than themselves, but when they get their ass beat they squeal like puppies, i had a few bullies at school who liked to attack and humiliate me, when one of them was responsible for sticking his leg out so i could fall my hand broke, then i reported it to my friend and he said he will try to catch them, friend of my friend catched one of the thugs and did give him few hand slaps in the face, and he fell and started ty cry like a 4 years old.

Props to Jeremy’s wife for immediately getting the heebie-jeebies about the random stranger waltzing up to their door and demanding her husband by name likely without even having a package in hand but mostly for her saying “no he isn’t home” so that they had a moment to flee. Honestly I think that quick thinking saved their lives.

I just kept laughing every time I saw him. Everything he did: cigars, whisky, motorcycle, tattoos it was like he'd read a 12 year old's essay on "how to be a badass". His little movie as well: comedy gold.

As a Colorado native, I remember this like it was yesterday. It was so incredibly tragic and scary. If I recall correctly, he was taken down and arrested BY A WOMAN officer. How poetically ironic.

I wish he had survived. Because he would've definitely been put on trial and found guilty, and seeing him claim to he an Alpha among men in jail, who are no doubt tougher than him, would've been humbling and also hilarious.

As of this writing, there are over 8,600 comments. I hope this gets to someone. First, alpha males don't have to broadcast they're alphas - that's what being an alpha means. It's understood. Second, an alpha male isn't a bully; he's a protector. Look at wolf packs - the alpha is established, protects, and provides for the pack. Finally, if you fashion yourself an alpha, shut your mouth, defend the weak, and provide for those who depend on you. The same applies to female alphas.

Substance abuse, hating women, soliciting minors, blaming everyone else about his misfortunes, shooting unarmed people and threatening strangers at the first sign of disagreements say nothing more than insecure and weak. Strong people do not need to resort to spreading fear, hate, threats and violence to state their opinions and pursue their dreams.

I've never had a case that was so near (literally) and dear to me and my heart, let alone covered by one of my favorite youtubers. Thank you Adrian. The artist who did my right arm sleeve was at Sol Tribe for my first two sessions, and Alicia came into his booth and sat next to me chatting with us for almost an hour. She was such an inspiring person and an absolute legend in the piercing and tattoo world as well as the art community in Denver and Colorado as a whole. She is the reason I felt it possible to persue a career in body piercing. The loss from such an devastating attack is unfathomable. Colorado's tattoo community will never be the same without her presence. RIP Alicia and Alyssa, you are so incredibly missed, we love you!

I had to actual laugh out loud when Adrian is commenting on Lyndon’s movie and said “He’s seen riding beside big scary trains.” and then it’s just a regular train. His sarcasm shows through in the smallest and best times 🤣 I also love that he was taken down by a female officer!

I'm a Denver resident, having grown up here, and I think I actually remember hearing about this case. I was chatting with my mom when she saw an article about a police chase and shoot out after someone shot 7 people. This had to have been very shortly after all this happened because at the time my mom and I couldn't find anything about who did it and why. We thought it was a bizzare yet random killing spree. I don't remember the exact details of our conversation that night, but we talked about it for a while. We never really followed up on the news. Now I know not only the aftermath but the context of this tragedy that happened in the city I love and call home. May the victims rest in peace, and their families and the survivors find healing ❤

He killed the friend of a friend. Her and I performed live music together, and a week later I reach out to her to reminisce about our recent show and she shared what had happened. Devastating. The families fee the most grief, but these senseless crimes send ripples into all the lives of all the friends of the victims.

The super fragile alpha male is such a strange thing, I think most people encounter them at some point. It's so baffling how obvious it is that they are so insecure, yet portray the opposite, but you can see how at any point you can destroy them by calling them out, but if you do, they're bound to go ballistic, so most people just put up with it. As someone who has trodden the opioid addiction path and experienced the mental illness addiction brings I can understand how this happens. It's not the unique cause of course, lots of folks who struggle with addiction never even look at this road, let alone go down it, but for some it is a doorway that gradually opens into madness. Your brain begins to lie to you, and your perception of what's important gets blurry and you start caring about the wrong things. It almost cost me everything, I was dragged back from the brink in the nick of time. I was days away from doing some truly stupid things. I'm 18 months clean now, and doing a lot better. When I think about the place where I was and the decisions I was making it almost seems like it was someone else doing that. I'm ashamed of it, and I work every day to ensure the one I hurt during that time never experiences that again. We're doing good now, and I owe it all to her. None of this is any kind of excuse for what Lyndon Mcleod did, but I can definitely see how he got to where he was in his mind. Opioids are wicked and insidious, and it happens so slowly you don't even realise it until something happens to wake you up. If you're struggling with it, get help. Otherwise it won't end well.
