Theme for Super Arrow. His overall character is a parody of Superman and Captian America and his purpose in F-Zero is to pursue his arch nemesis Zoda another racer in the series. He also has a wife in the game called Mrs.Arrow who races in the game as well, her partenr machine is called "Queen Meteor".
