The videos you’ve made helped me go from 4 seconds off esports lap times to now 1.5 off. I’ve only been using a wheel for 7 months too. Thank you for these videos
I love how every video of yours brings value to the table to each and everyone watching, from seasoned simracing geniouses to mundayne lifetime beginner/intermediates like me :D and I appreciate it a lot!!
Again a great and helpful vid for me. days before made my own setup for spain using all of your tips and made a impressive 1.10.7 in Q3, was stucked at a 1.11.4. Keep up the good work 🏎️
What helped me a lot is using the set ups for the fastest time as a starting point. I’ve noticed a tremendous difference and knocked a couple seconds off my laptops just by using high leaderboard set up
I've noticed that my main issue is accelerating without spinning out. While I've found satisfaction in my trailbraking technique looking into F1 Racenet, I struggle to apply throttle smoothly like an esports player. Do you have any tips for improving in this area?
I am good, I hope you are doing well. You would be proud to know my race pace has been improving. Even my other friends have noticed as well. I did a 100% race full lobby and qualy and made it to Q2 on 1 set of hard tyres. 🙏
I was almost dropping the game because I just can't understand how to break and turn. I will either break too early or too late, and I would not just be last but extremely far away from the next car. I hope I get to understand this video a little bit and improve a little bit.
May i ask a question? I am a league racer since f1 21 and i feel kinda stuck in pace... Im using a logitech g29 and lapping like for example 1 41.9s in spa tt. I do trailbrake, i do get nice rotation(sometimes i really need to work the brake to get the car turned in) im using esports setups and somehow im still beeing consistently 2 secs off esports pace. I asked guys like DurkChocolate or Duncan Hofland for advice via discord on my hotlaps and they told me i should just go faster, because the car doesnt seem to be on the limit. In the meantime im just sweating like a waterfall in my rig and struggling to keep the car on track, thats how much i push, especially trying to keep the minimum speed in the corner up. Do you have any advice, or have u been in that position just hitting a concrete wall in terms of laptimes yourself? Much love and keep up your cool vids❤
Hi Brendon, I have a little question for you: does load cell pedal useful or not? Because I'm not sure if normal braking pedal o load cell is better (I'm trying both)
I'm not Brendon, but I do have a load cell and can unequivocally say a load cell brake is better. You will be more consistent each lap and muscle memory will eventually fall into place, and next thing you know, you'll be a braking master. Just so you know I'm not some random talking ish, I'm usually top 50-75 on TT on PS. Proof on my channel if you need it
