LMFAO bro thought electric horse power is what the broken number siri uses. oh when will they learn. the horse power should be then multiplied by 0.3, because that is the realistic real life conversion that ends up at the wheels, which is why the underpowered van won against a 2000hp f1
Don't worry. You know what they didn't show? The van trying to stop, or turn. That van is designed to drag race, and they raced it agents cars that are designed for courses with turns in them.
@@c0rruptedexeplayz I know. MotoGP (bikes usually) can't even launch that well because it would flip over. Mount a wheelie bar and the bike would vanish. 0-100km/h bike would be a good 2nd after a snowmobile.
@@Naferner_Said Yes it has (in the sense, as I wrote, that it *has* to be given as the main unit despite many countries using horsepower). That’s not self-evident as you look in the US.
@keninswed You'd think but youre forgetting something. I'll give you a hint, it only has 2 wheels and beat everything so bad camera never switched to it.
Well when a evil mega corporations cheats & lies to help push a bs agenda we get videos like this, real easy to control people in electric “vehicles”, near impossible to control people in gas vehicles, so now you know, the rest of the story
nah, that’s literally a race truck build by a racing sub-division of Ford UK lmao, there is not a single thing stock from it, the bike is closer to a sleeper build than the Supervan
@@lon3seawolf393very true. And the F1 car was never designed for straight line speed. Around the corners the f1 car is king! Over a standing lap the van wouldn't know what day of the week it was?????
@@alonelyduckling likely a heavily modded bike. I thought he meant a bike in general in which case the f1 car beats almost every bike. My apologies I hadn’t seen the full video.
It would be interesting to see the vw IDR in a race like this which is what ford was trying to beat when they ran the van at pikes peak and despite using the same driver in both cars the van was almost a full minute slower than the VW.
Horsepower is a unit of - wait for it - power output...not speed. Two cars with the same HP but different differentials, transmissions or even wheels/axles will accelerate and top out at different rates/speeds.
@@loxione210It's boring, takes waaaaay longer to "fill up", is far less agile and not anywhere near as environmentally friendly as people believe. Electric cars are a stepping stone, they're really quite pointless otherwise.
@Pond721 theyre cheaper to maintain, cheaper to keep fueld in intercity environments, theyre fun to drive, they dont disturb the public by neing needlessly loud.. far from pointless lmao.
@@absoluteladd2321 Fun to drive is subjective clearly, they feel wrong to me. They are pointless because they are are still terrible for the environment. Most cars are not needlessly loud either. I'd rather not be waiting hours to recharge, they're only really viable if everyone can charge them at home overnight, I do not have the time to wait to charge it otherwise. Hydrogen is the future, not electric cars which still use fossil fuels. Might as well get a car that sounds nice if you're gonna use those fuels.
I remember seeing this thing in person at the Adelaide motorsport festival, and they had 2 supercars out there and it lapped both of them, and when it went past us it was insane
A white van would need a driver with anger issues, points on his license, and the 20 bags of cement in the back that he decided not to use on the customer's patio. It might slow things up.
