It does, I know from experience. You tell them that you have these relatives, if they ask you. They will ask. But you show that you want to go at said university because it has the classes that you want to take , has the reputation and the good price.Then you want to return to your country because that's where your most loved ones live, where you have your life, and that's what your girlfriend wants to live. Something along these lines, you really make the case that you want to return. Yes. He had his three attempts and unfortunately he was refused in all of his three interviews.
