F150 no reverse when warm & Trans filter change 

After the transmission is warm reverse no longer works. Won’t shift into reverse. Shifts and downshifts great in drive. Found debris in trans pan leading to believe mechanical damage internally. After trans filter service and Lucas trans fix treatment the reverse now works when warm if you give it a little gas. Metallic flakes and chunks of mud like debris in bottom of transmission pan. How to change install remove repair fix replace transmission filter and gasket. Refill capacity trans fluid type included Mercon v Mercon 5. Ford F-150 5.4L 4.6L V8 4x4 this was a 2004 model year but works for a variety of years. 4R75E and 4R70W transmissions shift problems
