hey everyone, i'm finally back with another splatoon remix, this time in celebration of side order's recent release!
i started this one a while back and it was nice to tackle another off the hook track again. i decided to have some fun with 'acid hues' this time around. funkily enough, it got a cool stripped back rearrangement called 'origin of order' in side order as well so i knew i just had to incorporate elements from it in my own take, including bits of the solos and the dreamy keys! i had a bit of trouble with the structure, having to stretch it out to full length while differentiating it from the live concert arrangement, but i think it turned out well in the end! i haven't done a fully electronic remix in quite a while so it was nice to get to incorporate trendy uk garage elements into this track in particular. i hope you enjoy the effervescence i brought to the track!
thanks for the ongoing support and for waiting all this time! i wanted to finish this one quickly than it ended up being, but it seems life is against me and my pc doesn't love cooperating with me recently (curse you melbourne heat wave!!). but we keep moving forward regardless! i hope everyone who has side order has enjoyed climbing the spire of order, as i have done many a time by now haha. i want to arrange some more splatoon 3 tracks soon so stay tuned :3
