🥗Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- chives to taste
- 1 piece of ginger
- 3 chard leaves
- 1 egg boiled for 7 minutes
- ramen noodles
- 1 piece of meat
To season the meat:
- butter
- salt
- garlic powder
For the ramen broth:
- oil
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 chicken broth dissolved in 400ml of water
- 1 dessert spoon of fish dashi
- sesame seeds
