Face Taping for 11 Lines | Dr. Janine
In this video, Dr. Janine shares a face-taping technique for 11 lines on the forehead. She explains that these number 11 lines, or glabellar lines, are caused by the glabellar muscles. She demonstrates two different techniques to your skin to help reduce the appearance of the number 11 lines. The first technique is to smooth out the lines to place one piece of tape between the eyebrows to hold it smooth overnight. The second technique is to anchor the tape on the diagonal at the hair line pulling smooth the skin between the eyebrows. Dr. Janine recommends either technique to be used at bedtime and removed in the morning.
