How long did the 4-year SHS education run? It was less than 4 years before its scrapping. Free SHS has been running for the past 7 years with increased enrollment. In any case, the 4 year system introduced by Mills required addition of one classroom per course. The free SHS policy has almost required as many or even double classroom blocks and other facilities as we already had.
