FaceBook Interviews with Scott Derrickson (who conducts the interview), Mads Mikkelsen, and Benedict Cumberbatch. I own nothing, these videos belong to Marvel
@@Brothisisprivate Seems like everybody pronounces it that way now. Even Vinterberg makes a point to call him "madz" when speaking English which I find kind of weird lmao. Same as Mads pronouncing Anders Thomas Jensen with an English "j" sound instead of like "yensen".
@@fockingreat1125 He actually said once that he doesn't like hard liquor because it smells like a woman who didn't wash and just splashed on some perfume instead. He is a beer person and goes the occasional glass of wine.
Nice. Both Mads Mikkelsen and Bumblebee Cookiebatch are splendid actors, and cool fellows. None of them are the stereotype beauty, they are better and so much more than that.
Deathbrewer fuck off. Who gives a shit what a person names themselves. Guys can create the most sexual and vulgar of screen names without lacking "respect" so should women be able to too. You're the one associating her with sluttiness, not her.
The way Mads battered his eyelashes at Benedict when Ben called him brilliant at 3:43 was absolutely adorable. And I don't often call grown-ass men 'adorable'.
is this a geekgasm happening here !!? for me i always lovd the characterof HOLMES and am quite the mystery nut but i've still held on to the image of Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal and have only seen lips of MADS version but now since i know Gillain Anderson is[was ? on it i must do my research !! CHEERS M8!
In an alternate universe, Jack Crawford would invite the consulting detective to America to catch the Chesapeake Ripper, and cat and mouse game between Hannibal and Sherlock would commence. Hannibal finds himself surrounded by men with dark curly hair
@@samwatts3878 2 years later, I still have this dream. To sweeten the deal, Watson would get jealous over Sherlock's obsession w the Chesapeake Ripper while Will finds his empathy triggered endlessly by the latent darkness and childhood tragedies in Sherlock.
@@TheEberdz Battle of wits between Will and Sherlock, the latter knowing he's missing a part of the puzzle but couldn't quite figure why? Hannibal trying to manipulate Sherlock's mind but ultimately failing, leaving this task to Will's empathy, showing a side of Sherlock that tried to peak through in season 4 (but we all know how that went): intrigued, confused, vulnerable, a target of the most dangerous cannibal in the world? John is the only one who knows his true nature, he's the anchor of his wrecked life and tries to keep him together, but Sherlock pushes him away, in an attempt to protect him from the danger that is the Chesapeake Ripper, but John would rather die than letting him down? How is that not a fanfiction yet?! Where the old Tumblr babies at?!
You know you've really made it if you are in the same video interview as Benedict Cumberbatch and 99% of comments are about you. Gotta give it to Mads.
I honestly tried to have a staring contest with Mads during the video (not counting his blinking) while Benedict was talking. I lost. Obviously. Also, what color are Mads's eyes? I can't tell.😂
He absolutely was. I was disappointed with how his character was not fully fleshed out. He could have stolen the movie from Benedict with more screen time. ☹️
Mads is awesome! I wonder how Benedict views the differences and comparisons between Lars and Mads, now that he has worked with both the Mikkelsen brothers...
I literally had to watch this 3 times to get everything that was being said because Mads is SO. DAMN. HANDSOME. I would get lost in the beauty of his face instead of fucking listening. Damn.
I think it was more a matter of screentime and general length of the movie. Kaecilius's motivation was rather moving in an unsettling way. Understanding that EVERYTHING ultimately shall one day disappear may do weird stuff to some minds, cause frankly it is a horrifying perspective if you truly think about it. I can quite understand the desperation to survive even if only as a part of Dormammu and fascination with being that had overcome time. Still it's not a reason to kill off everyone, but oh well.
I usually find it hard to be distracted by other people when someone is being interviewed, but mads managed to steal all mu attention. The man is literally just sitting there and his face is so solemn and grave, he looks like he's listening to a melody only he can hear. Also How long can the man keeps his eyes open? God, he doesn't blink.
nah, hollywood Never take someone that is good for a job. If he would be perfect, so forget it. Look at lex luthor from BvS: the worst choice for a lex luthor ever. Look at Joker. But lets move from DC. Lets remember Tekken made by Hollywood. DragonBall. Silent Hill. Street Fighter. Resident Evil (Alice dont even exists in the game, and after the second movie, even the history was changed to clones and apocalipse). I think that the only movies I liked about adaptation from comic or games was Double Dragon and Prince of Persia, because the games itselfs have a really bad history, so its very easy turn that irrelevant, and the actors fited the character.
Hannibal: i don't have new sewason to talk about, are u and john having trouble? Sherlock: well, he keeps doing this thing and says he's not gay saw this on twitter and idk how to react cuz it feels real lol
both of them are such good actors and clearly nice guys... super to see them together.. would love to see them work together again... Mads just always takes over any scene he's in... Benedict is a quieter presence... both are yummy too!!!
Must be overwhelming being in a room with such brilliant, talented, sexy men with incredible voices (and accents lol). But seriously. This is overwhelming.
I agree! This interview is so pleasurable to not just watch but also listennn to. I looove great voices in actors and I love analyzing and appreciating the nuances. Benedict's voice is so warm and soothing and he has the lovely high-brow English RP thing going on. Then Mads's voice is so different it's low with that signature raspy crackle and Scandi accent that stirs something primal in me... They both speak very eloquently and thoughtfully and both embody an effortless kind of elegance. When the director wrapped up the interview I went awww come on let them talk
Adline Writes now try to imagine Mads, Tom Hiddleston, Kaecilius, Le Chiffre, Hannibal, Loki, Benedict Cumberbatch, Doctor Strange, and Sherlock in one room along with David Tennant and the 10th Doctor!😁 How will your ovaries fare then?😊
Fun Fact: Mad Mickelsen's brother, Lars Mickelsen played Charles Augustus Magnessum in Sherlock. Funny how both the Mickelsen brothers are trying to kill Benedict!
Love Mads. I also am a big Benedict Cumberbatch fan as well. Can't wait for the new Doctor Strange. Mads, I have watched your Danish TV series and the incredible movie Another Round. If you haven't seen it, do. It's a great movie and his acting is amazing. This also was a great film but in a completely different way.
