Any tips on how to get wrinkles out of the paper when its wrapping around compound curves? Do you cut the material a certain way? It seems like no matter how I cut it, the cuts don't get rid of the wrinkles, and become air holes/wrinkles of their own

When printing on a garment- the standard heat press will produce a better result than the 3d vacuum press.

What transfer sheets or material works best on stainless steel bottles? also can you do heat transfer on powder coat bottles?

We used texprint paper with sublijet HD inks. This type of paper can be used on hard polymer coated surface products. We have not tested on powder coat bottles.

To print garments with the 3d vacuum press, you will need a tshirt jig. We find it easier to press flat items with a standard garment heat press.

I keep rupturing the silicone membranes trying to sublimate 10" ceramic plates. Any ideas about what I am doing wrong?

When the vacuum is activated, the silicone cover is wrapped around and under the plate. The silicone could be breaking due to the amount of stretch that is required to do this. You can try using a plate mold to avoid the extra stretch. Unfortunately, we do not carry plate molds.

I purchased one of these machines 2nd hand and it did not come with the vacuum plate/tray - I don't mean the membrane I know I can purchase replacement ones of those. Can you please tell me where I can purchase the vacuum plate

hi, the prints are perfect on the papers when sublimating on a phone case it turns out to different colour. I’m facing this with only blue colour. On transfer paper it is blue but when heat pressed it is sea green and sometime dark green. Can you please help me if you have any idea.

A thick polymer plastic can be used within the 3d vacuum press. It will require a silicone mold for application. We recommend starting at 400F for approximately 4.5 minutes.

@@ProWorldInc if a heat press with attachment says it does 11 oz, 12 oz and 17 oz does that mean it won't do 15 oz? I would like the option to do 15 oz. ty

We do not recommend printing shirts within the 3d vacuum press. When using a standard heat press and sublimation, the ink will not wash off.

Im curious about the long hose on the side of the machine, the one on the outside. Whats it for and where does it go? Does it just hang out?? Cant find any information regarding this and I would really like to use my machine as I have had it for a month and i want to know everything before I use it??!!!

Please see 16:11 of this video in regard to the tubing inside the machine. That is for the vacuum feature. The tubing on the outside of the machine is the exhaust hose.

@@ProWorldInc So the outside tubing just hangs out and is only connected on one end? I understand the inside tubing im questioning the outer tubing. I just leave it hanging as is for the exhaust correct?

@@amylynnmachala492 Yes, that is correct. You do not have to do anything with it, leave as is. it hangs outside the unit as the exhaust.

A cut piece of paper can be used as a strip to help, but a better option is a plate vacuum bag.

We recommend using a garment press for flat acrylic items instead of the 3d vacuum press.

No mold is needed for a rock slate. These will be printed in the top tray.

@@cynthialares6371 the cases we are using are prepped for sublimation and contain a polymer coating. If wanting to use a different type of case, you want to make sure they can be used within the 3d vacuum press.

Hi Jakicha, the rock slates have the polymer coating already on them. You do not have to seal them after sublimating.

You would not be able to sublimate the inside of the handle area or the handle.

If your acrylic is prepped for sublimation and can withstand the heat (400 deg F), you can use this machine to heat press onto acrylic.

Where do the long tube on the side go?

The tube on the inside of the unit will either connect to the bottom of the top tray or lay on the bottom of the unit when the top tray in not being used.

When using this unit, you will need to use items that are coated and prepped for sublimation. Most items will require a mold or wrap. Plastic substates can be used if they are properly coated.
