This is a excellent, excellent routine, I have so much more mobility in my neck, I did it twice so basically 45-60 minutes of neck work feels great, really great!

This is really helpful, my naturopath sent it to me, but the sound cuts out completely after about 13:08 - it doesn't seem like anyone else has had this issue so I wonder if the video has been corrupted recently? It comes back in around 14:30. I would love to hear the whole thing !

Love the routine, didn't know to start from the neck. I always did face then down to neck. I was wondering if the guasha tool has to be real jade? Does a stainless steel one work the same way? I was gifted one and i've been using that.
It does not have to be Jade! We love our stainless steel tools, their durability and extreme slip are great! You should just choose the material which you are most drawn to/have access to :)
Thank you so much for sharing this and the other video. My main question is, is that okay there’s a little bit of a drag to the skin as I try to “glide”? I use face oil but just two drops as you show in the video but I feel like I am “pulling” and tugging on my skin hence the drag..
I'm following this technique,but I'm still not clear how the Jade stone works,how is it different from a any other smooth stone or is it just how the massage is applied?
there is no difference what you use for it ,its massage technique that counts ,that stone is just fancy way to do it plus spreading believes that it gave you his good energy lol normally that massage is to make you bit or bruises and red skin to make it work, but most of RU-vidrs do it wrong,look how delicate most of them do it and bearly touching their skin, no one would want to do it if they show how to really properly do it lol
Jade is a healing stone so it's preferred over other stones for Gua sha. You can also use any other Gemstone or anything you feel is smooth and gentle enough for your skin. Technique matter a lot though and I usually go for 45 degree angle with whichever pressure feels right on that moment. It's all about your comfort after all. But don't be too hard on the neck or face.

Facial Gua Sha helps to promote circulation, smooth adhesions from fascia and muscle tissue, and open the flow of qi (energy). All of this could help with the visible lifting/toning/tightening of the skin :)
