Amazing informative video, the mole is a bit distracting, and up close looks like a tic. Otherwise, I enjoyed this video.

My chiropractor suggests ice and I always ignore that. I know from years of experience in my body that ice makes me worse. Inflammation is there for a reason.

I think some more proof that gu sha works is that the body switches from fight and flight to rest and digest while practicing. Thank you for all your videos. I have been binge watching, trying them out, and seeing results.

What exactly does gua sha do? I just got one because I’m trying to care more about my skin (aging and acne) but is it more of just a massage or reduces wrinkles or other health benefits? I don’t totally understand and am so new to this world of skin care and especially Chinese medicine/ tradition lol. I’m glad I found this video though it helps me understand how to use it properly so thank you!
@Lanshin
@Lanshin День назад
Gua Sha helps circulate blood, fluids, and energy, which in turn can make the skin more vibrant and supple. Some find that by doing Gua Sha, the appearance of wrinkles is softened. That said, we encourage you to do Gua Sha to promote healthy skin and tissue as a primary goal, with cosmetic results being an extra bonus. You can check out this post we made on IG for more information on the benefits of Gua Sha! instagram.com/p/CpQ5lujOXjr/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

@Lanshin
@Lanshin 2 дня назад
You can do any time of day that works best in your schedule! We love mornings if you wake up puffy or need an extra circulation boost to start your day. Gua Sha at night is relaxing and can help prepare your body for sleep.

Hi Sandra, if I want to apply serum, do I put it on after I’m done with gua sha. This is off the topic but I saw one of your video about millet helping with sleep. What time of the day should I be eating it? Thank you so much. Have a nice day.
@Lanshin
@Lanshin День назад
You can apply your serum whenever you normally would -- i.e. after hydrator and before oil. Doing Gua Sha on top of your products helps work them into the skin! As for millet, we would recommend around dinner time in the evening so that it can help you get restful sleep.

With gut health issues, how cold should be removed? Can water be refrigeratored, or is it better at room temperature? I'm curious.

Tell us more about adipeau… what does it do and why is it so expensive?
@Lanshin
@Lanshin 5 дней назад
This cream leaves my skin with a dewy, glowy finish that amazes me every time I use it. The trick is to apply it like a mask, painting it on until the whiteness of the cream disappears and you’re left with a light layer. Like some kind of magic trick, your skin is suddenly mega moisturized and plump as a peach. The way it reflects light in some ways better than actual makeup blows my mind. And I don’t only see it on my skin, I see it on my patients too!
@Tatjananagl
@Tatjananagl 5 дней назад
Adipeau actually glides through the hair follicles into the skin and activates the production of new small fat cells that lift our skin. That's why one should only finger paint it on and let it absorb for at least 10 minutes. I love this cream. Thanks for this great video!

Okay, now I've found your video, 😊😊 so I still have a few questions. As I understand it, I do BOjin first and Thema GuaSha . (I don't have to stimulate the lymph before either of them, but I open my neck for a minute with movements like in your video - right ? ) my questions : WHY do I have to open my neck? 2. I didn't understand which steps I do ONLY with your BoJin tool and which I do THEN only with GuaSha, because you showed how to do BOJIN technique ALSO with the Gua sha tool - I am now confused hahaha - 3. how long do I do each treatment ? How many minutes? And do I do it every day. Is it too much or is it perfect once a day? day? Morning or evening 5. is your online course with the possibility of German subtitles because my English is not good enough :( and last question : where can I find tutorials where I can make my upper eyelids disappear and do you also have a video for cellulite ?
@Lanshin
@Lanshin 5 дней назад
We like to start with the neck because opening circulation in the neck helps the circulation in the face move better. Bo Jin and Gua Sha are two different techniques that complement each other. Both stimulate the flow and circulation of blood and Qi, but using different types of strokes. The Bo Jin gets deeper into the muscle layers, while Gua Sha strokes are more soothing and smoothing. We like to "disturb the soil" with Bo Jin first, then do the smoothing soothing Gua Sha strokes. We recommend doing Gua Sha at least 3 times a week to see visible results, but once or twice a day is also a great place to start. If you’re looking to see big changes in your face, you can try doing 30-40 minutes of Gua Sha daily for 2-4 weeks, then dropping the duration and frequency to be in a maintenance phase. We are looking into subtitles in other languages but for now we only have them available in English. We just made some classes on working the eye area! Currently we don’t have anything on cellulite.
