making time for yourself is good for your mental health . Trust me you will enjoy your time alone once you get the hang of it . I don't get no breaks from my children but once in a while i'll go alone and i love it i feel recharged once i get home 🙌🏽😀
I love shopping and eating alone! I don’t have to wait on anyone to go somewhere I have in mind, I can take my time, and be in my own zone 💗🙏🏼 maybe being the only child has helped too 🙊
I suffer from bad anxiety and trust me when I tell you going shopping alone has definitely helped me with us even if it’s running errands I still have yet to take that big step to go on dates by myself but it’s these little steps that counts love ❤

Alondra , you’re so relatable and it’s so refreshing. I began to have a difficulty with anxiety but even more when I became a mom and wife. There’s so much to get done and several other tasks that it just gets overwhelming and not knowing where to begin cleaning up my messes. Little by little I’ve been getting better at it. Deep breathing exercises and getting a dog has helped me go out for walks and the dog alone has forced me to be speak to people because people really love dogs where I live lol I also realize I feel better when I am not near my phone. That’s what’s helped me :) thank you for sharing your journey with anxiety I enjoy your content very much :)

This was me before,all the time,I even went through a time I had severe anxiety I lost weight and would lock myself in my room,couldnt even spend time with my kids as I felt panick and anxiety attacks,I thank God for saving me,now I enjoy those solo trips by myself .Praying for anyone going through anything mentally,your thoughts can be your worst enemy, but remember you hold the power.
Baby steps !! It’s so good to do things outside of your comfort zone even tho it is hellllllla scary ! I prefer to shop alone because I hate feeling rushed if I’m with someone who isn’t really into shopping . I love to look at every single item in the store lol. A trick I use for social anxiety is wearing my air pods , even if I’m not playing any music or talking to anyone lol it just makes me feel less alone for some reason. You did great babe 🫶🏼🩷🙌🏼

I'm a strong believer in exposure therapy, what also helps is knowing that it's you against your mind rather than you against people aka social anxiety. Hope that helps

This was SOOOOO relatable and I feel like I got more anxiety after the pandemic. I do like shopping alone; it lets me focus on something and not focus on people.
