Beware: I deactivated my account after placing an order. I was never told that I also needed to manually cancel the order. The representative I talked to told me this happens all the time. Why have they not fixed this issue? This is a poor way to run a company.
We used Factor for a few months. It was ok and some of the meal were really good and tasty. Unlike others we tried, Factor added spices and taste. Some meals however were so small you had to add vegetables or something for dinner size. The biggest issue with Factor, and why we stopped, was the cost vs portion size.
Portion sizes for our meals seemed decent. There was 1-2 that were "meh" but, compared to other premade meal delivery services we've tried, Factor's portions were good. Small-ish portions is an issue with many prepared meal delivery services :/.
Wtf... just ordered from them and a few of those items weren't even an option... maybe when the menu rotates. Specifically the jerky and keto granola... drooling.
