With Level 3 Speed Modules I demonstrate how fast a rocket can be launched. Not a speed run, just a demo of how long it takes if you have enough surplus material.
After tweaking with 'Stack Inserters' it ends up being right at about 1 minute 42 seconds.
I've also shown my strategy/experiment for producing enough rocket parts.
