Bruh that Berserker was evolved but not nearly enough. It looked like Locust variant on steroids. Matriarch is an important word for superior one basically. That was king Berserker. The Beserker. Did you not hear or see the curscenes in the mission where annoying bot scientist explains the history? That facility is ancient. It was around years before the beginning of the E-Day crysis war. Those were frozen Grubs and Locust not Swarm. That Locust in the cryo tube seemed untouched by swarm evolution. So in theory that Berserker must also be untouched. It is father of all Berserkers ( all Berserkers in previous games were females. Maybe this was just a basic male ) Father of all is not evolution. Its genetics. That berserker has been locked up in that place since Myrrah was a child. So tell me that that robot caught an Evolved form of a Berserker all on his own and threw him in that tub. It was long before. He said that the Locust in there showed signs of immunity to imulsion. Hence why they required further study. The frozen locust in that facility seemed to be trying to re secure the matriarch. Years ago before swarm. I see him as a old Berserker but the first, Male, or King Berserker. Why else would it be used of all things to connect to the hive mind? Why that Berserker? Why a Berserker at all? Why not a regular locust?

Agreed, it be awkward to get back with an Ex and that JD would most likely kill Rayna for Del's death (since he is likely the main protagonist in this series).

Marcus watched 2 carmine comrades die in front of him, he watched Dom die, he lost his wife, he even lost his home. If Del dies then JD lost his best friend kind of like when Marcus lost Dom.

How about while his Ultimate is active, his Retro Lancer charge goes right through enemies without stopping, and he doesn't have to build momentum first. Also he'd shout "Yeah baby!" every time it hits someone, obviously.

Still I wanted jack to be in gear's 6 all that time finding upgrades was a waste of time that's why I don't watch spoilers because I played jack thinking he was Gona live but no all my hard work upgrading each of his upgrades was a waste of time if I knew that I wouldn't of bothered finding his upgrades because I knew he was a dead bot I only upgraded his more important upgrades like stim and hijack and that's about it lol

It’s fitting actually. Marcus story is over. He defeated the locust and got to live a peaceful life with the woman he loved and had a son. Plus he’s much older and wiser than before so it makes sense he’s not in the battlefield as often and he’s giving advice. Also many of the people hating on Kait or any of the new characters are just nostalgiatards who can’t handle change
