Gonna fire up the beast in morning it's 3am just finished the big 3 🙌😉ty Daniel 👌 your the best .The videos are fabulous and saved me tons of time and mistakes
Thank you for this video. Today I installed the PC 5 on my 2018 Raptor 700. Couldn’t find the white 2 pin connector for the life of me. I ended up connecting it to the black 2 pin since I bought the bike used and assumed they replaced it. WRONG!!!! I watched this video and was able to locate the big round connector pin. Sure enough here was the 2 pin connector with the green and blue wire I was looking for. It was buried under all the wires zipped tied inches from the stator. Thanks again!!! I was super lucky that it didn’t fry the ecu. Guess the black connector isn’t as deadly. The pc5 was flashing red and it gave me error code #2303 when I made the mistake. Hope this helps diagnosing other bikes.
I came across your youtube videos, on the Raptor 700 Forum, and Raptor 700 FB page/s. Someone mentioned Big 3 package deals, do you or someone else sell Big 3 packages? TIA
I'm installing big 3 so I'm installing the monster exhaust, FCI intake, and the pc5 once I put everything on can I just ride my raptor or is there other steps to set up the pc5 cause I seen videos where they are hooking it up to the computer and I don't think I can do that myself I just wanna install and ride I would be putting everything on together all at once
I got an 07 raptor 700 it needs alot of work its missing alot of parts my question is where dose the negative wire connect off of the battery to? Im slowly getting parts in but i got most the things i need to put power on the system, also where dose the key switch plug into?
Here’s a fun one, hooked up mine last night on my 07 raptor 700 and now I have the cel constantly illuminated when running. No blinking just solid lit. It gets better though. So it runs perfect and starts perfect as well, however to turn it off I have to turn the key off and then turn the kill switch to off. I can remove the key and it keeps running or I can just hit the kill switch off and it keeps running. I hooked everything correctly and am an electrician by trade and an avid garage mechanic so I “know” I didn’t make any rookie mistakes. With the engine off I can turn the key on and off and hear the fuel pump cycle on and off properly. I haven’t messed with the quad much prior to installing the big 3 last night as I just bought it a few weeks ago. Any ideas here? I’m kinda stumped without tearing the entire bike apart to inspect everything. Any way the pcv could have some kind of defect to cause this issue? And again all connectors are hooked properly, I did my research prior to the install and followed your install as I did mine as well. Thanks!
So I have a power commander and it runs great but on initial start up it likes to start on 2800 rpm and slowly creep down to normal idle, what could be wrong
I removed the power commander on 2018 raptor 700r but don’t start just do some explosions? Somebody understands what going on? I just buy it with power commander. Thank you
? I just did exactly what everyone else did. Hook it up wrong. I got confused when looking for the wiring harness on the left side of the bike. I just stopped and took the whole dynatek off and went back stock wiring. I NEVER did hook up the ground wire to give the dynatek power. Will my quad be ok. The battery was still hooked up but the dynatek was not grounded nor the key was on?
That’s why you can scavenge their website online to find a different map that takes into account a bike with your said mods. Or you can always contact Dynojet for a custom tune.
So i did it wrong on my raptor and the ecu smoked for a few seconds i saw this video and fixed the wires and it still runs. Is it safe to still ride after the ecu smoking?
Everything Loud 406 ...I dont think they’re necessarily built to fail as like a “maintenance” item (needs replacing in maintenance intervals).. should last the life of the bike.
I put on a PCV on an all stock Raptor 700 2015 and it ran like shit. Even on an all zero map it backfired quite a bit. Removed the ais, tried bumping the first column fuel cells to 5/10/15, tried everything and the problem continued. Found no solutions on any forums. Took it off and it ran fine again. Now it’s $300 wasted just laying in my garage lol.
R S well. It's a necessity to make any other modifications, so the programmer alone is not going to add hp, but intake, exhaust and programmer takes them from 46 to 54, so yes, huge
MrCuervoRacing 8hp from a single cylinder engine with an intake and exhaust modifications? Very interesting.....is this peak HP? I'm assuming since I'd think across the RPM band would be impossible to gain so much HP.
@@MrCuervoRacing whp mate why no one says the right way...all internet is fucked up with the power figures..everybody is throwing numbers the one he talks about whp the other crank hp...keep the whp so the noobs can follow too..700r has on stock form 50 crank hp..with exhaust+air mod filter+ custom tune it goes 60 hp about..55whp
